Hi, I’m Ricardo Leão,

the person behind OR-Path.

I’m a Brazilian engineer with a background in optimization, analytics, and leading teams. I studied in Brazil and France and worked at Accenture, Itaú, and Mercado Livre. Today, I’m a co-founder of Harumi, building decision platforms and working on optimization projects with industrial clients.

I created OR-Path to help people navigate a career in Operations Research. Here, I share curated jobs, career guidance, practical perspectives, and market analysis to help you understand your options and decide what comes next.
